羅強飛說，為免本次活動失焦扭曲抹紅並遵守政府法令，3名記者所搭乘的海吉利號，航行至太平島外停泊海上，以利取水活動進行。
船隊在上午11時14分距太平島53浬，預計傍晚後靠岸取水，海吉利號不靠岸，靠岸漁船剩3艘。1050725
